Excavayor are ideal for moving loads up 1.5 tons vertically between two or more levels.

They are also called diggers.

Utilizing a top mounted geared motor the speed can be varied depending upon the capacity need. Positioning and over-travel limit switches assure proper conveyor positioning all the time. We can design product movement configurations in Z Flow, C Flow, and Right Angle Flow -- combination and can be reversible. All the Escaveyors that we manufacture are safely enclosed and features include product sensing photo eye, safety tunnels at entry and exit points, fully guarded / protected frames, and all units’ ship completely assembled and prewired with all devices tied into a terminal strip in a junction box. Full PLC controls are also available upon special request.

Escaveyors are purpose-built conveyor excavation system and are used to remove dirt from basement dugout or even through a window and directly dumped right onto the truck. They are also used to remove landfill from steep lowered or elevated backyards.

Excavators are usually heavy construction equipment consisting of a boom, dipper or stick, bucket and cab on a rotating platform known as the "house". The house sits atop an undercarriage with tracks or wheels. They are a natural progression from the steam shovels.

All movement and functions of a hydraulic excavator are accomplished through the use of hydraulic fluid, with hydraulic cylinders and hydraulic motors.

They are also mostly used to move landfill through the smallest of pathways onto or off your property.
